Upton Community Choir collects your name, address, phone number and email address. We collect this through the registration forms which you fill in. This information is collected in order for Upton Community Choir to contact you about rehearsals and concerts, and to be able to make contact in case of emergency. This information is stored in paper form. Email addresses are stored electronically in the choir’s gmail account.

The community choir website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. If you have subscribed to the UCC mailing list via the website, your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

The choir website, hosted on Wix.com uses cookies. A list of the cookies can be found in the appendix at the end of this policy.

Upton Community Choir may contact you to notify you of rehearsals, concerts or to check your availability. For these purposes, we may contact you via email. Your email address is also shared with Muzodo so that we may contact you regarding your availability for rehearsals and concerts.

We do not share your information with any other party.

You have the right to see any personal information Upton Community Choir holds about you. You can request a copy of this information by email. You can at any time request that your details are deleted. If you wish to remove your data from our records, please contact us by email.
